We greatly enjoyed pretty much everything about Lake View Lodges. The location was incredible and secluded, with the property adjacent to wildlife all around, including Long Melford and the lake. We stayed for 2 nights and would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Lake View Lodges: A Perfect Escape

Two buildings on the property caused a bit of confusion, but our neighbors turned out to be delightful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a really great stay with a beautiful setting on the lake. The staff were amiable and did a nice job. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the place is not far from pubs, shops, and wildlife. The bathroom with a bath was particularly good. Just what we had in mind, totally recommend.

We got great value for our money at this amazing glamping experience. The cabin was beautifully designed and had all the comforts of home, plus lovely added touches like chocolates, wine, and toiletries. The location was stunning, with a peaceful lake for paddling and beautiful views of the countryside. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the area.

The morning meal could have been improved with a better selection of breakfast options.

Something didn't meet expectations.

Absolutely mind-blowing stay! Stunning balcony overlooking the lake, quirky decorations, and super friendly staff. Loved the cabin bed, wheelbarrow for our belongings, and adorable animals on the property. The boat ride on the lake was jaw-dropping! The attention to detail, cleanliness, and amazing amenities like the heating system and shower made our stay perfect. The BBQ hut for our anniversary was a unique experience. We felt so valued with the little touches like chocolates, wine, and toiletries. Being dog-friendly was a huge plus. The location was breathtaking, with plenty of space for the kids to run around. The hosts went above and beyond, even mailing back my daughter's beloved toy. Can't wait to return!
